Prioritize the well-being of our community by familiarizing yourself with our health and wellness policy before joining our event. Here are key recommendations:

Vaccinations: Ensure you are up-to-date on vaccinations, including those for seasonal flu and COVID-19.

Pre-Event COVID Testing: We strongly encourage attendees to undergo a COVID-19 test before arriving at the event.

Stay Home if Unwell: If you exhibit symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 or the Flu, we kindly request that you stay home. In such cases, we offer the option to refund your prepaid pass and competition fees or apply them to Michigan Classic 2025.

Mask Usage: While masks are not mandatory, we fully support your choice to wear one at any time during the weekend.

On-Site Testing: We reserve the right to request attendees to undergo a COVID-19 test at any point during the event. Refusal to take the test will result in removal from the event without compensation or refund.

Reporting Symptoms at the Event: If you develop symptoms or test positive during the event, promptly inform us, mask up, and consider making arrangements to return home or self-isolate. In such instances, we offer the flexibility to refund the unused portion of your pass and competition fees or apply them to Michigan Classic 2025.
