Prioritize the well-being of our community by familiarizing yourself with our health and wellness policy before joining our event. Here are key recommendations:

Vaccinations: Ensure you are up-to-date on vaccinations, including those for seasonal flu and COVID-19.

Pre-Event COVID Testing: We strongly encourage attendees to undergo a COVID-19 test before arriving at the event.

Stay Home if Unwell: If you exhibit symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 or the Flu, we kindly request that you stay home. 

In such cases, we offer two (2) options: 

1. Credit: You can choose to credit the full amount you paid to the following year’s event.
2. Refund: We will process a refund for your prepaid passes and competition fees. 

Mask Usage: While masks are not mandatory, we fully support your choice to wear one at any time during the weekend.

On-Site Testing: We reserve the right to request attendees to undergo a COVID-19 test at any point during the event. Refusal to take the test will result in removal from the event without compensation or refund.

Reporting Symptoms at the Event: If you develop symptoms or test positive during the event, promptly inform us, mask up, and consider making arrangements to return home or self-isolate. In such instances, we offer the flexibility to refund the unused portion of your pass and competition fees.
